- Kersty Aldous Review added: 2017.12.17★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great opportunity to get in touch with nature, gets me out of my house for a couple hours I have made many friends since starting greenlight trust courses I get on great with the staff always there to help make me feel better when having tough times its nice to be able to laugh again and feel included instead of feeling an outsider like I do with other courses outside of woodland minds. I have gained so much confidence and I love being at the woods its my kind of peace and freedom. I will miss it very much when I return to working life. I would recommend this to others. Its not for everyone but not everyone gives new things a chance, it wasn't my thing at first but I took a chance and I'm glad I did and love every second of it. Its unusual for me to give really great reviews but this is the first time I have really enjoyed doing something different and loving it and have gained so much from.
