We bought 2 fantastic Loaf sofas at a huge discount and they were delivered 5 days later. The delivery guys were amazingly patient and having tried a number of ways to get one of the sofas in, they carefully took it out again and brought it in through a window! At no point did they make us feel foolish for not having thought about how we'd get it into the house! Completely fabulous service! Would highly recommend!

I purchased 3 beds for my children this month and spent around £1,700. These were substantial branded beds. One of the beds was very damaged cracked and wood chipped and splintered when unwrapped and had missing parts. I communicated my complaint on the telephone and followed it up by email as requested. My complaint was dismissed out of hand and has not been addressed to my satisfaction. It would have been better customer service (following Sale of Goods and Services) to offer to exchange the bed for a complete and undamaged one.
