- Chris East Review added: 2018.03.31★ ★ ★ ★ ★Used this company twice while attending a wedding in Bury St. Edmunds. Arrived at the train station and called them to take us to our hotel. The dispatcher was helpful, told us how long it would be, and I then received a text detailing the car that would be picking us up. The driver was friendly and helped us with our case. Absolutely no faults with the service.
We then booked them to take a taxi from the hotel to the wedding venue. It was for 8 people, and so they advised they'd have to send two cars - not a problem. About an hour before the taxi was due to pick us up, I received a call from them to say an 8 seater had become available and if we'd prefer that instead and I told them we would. The taxi arrived on time, the driver again was very friendly and helpful, and got us to the venue in plenty of time.
